•   Home insurance (hurricane, damage, flood, etc) is readily available through two reputable companies that have established themselves with strong long- term track records.


•   Owner financing is available on some properties listed, and it is possible to purchase real estate in Utila using your IRA.


•   As a foreigner in Honduras, you can purchase up to approximately ¾ acre titled in your personal name. Larger parcels can be purchased through the formation of a corporation, which is easily done in conjunction with purchase.


•   We can assist you with setting you up with licensed contractors that have proven themselves on the islands with extensive building experience to USA standards and USA codes.  We do NOT charge for this service.
