Focusing on small business consulting, we are available for consultation in three major areas:
a) Related to the Purchasing, Selling, and Starting of a Business:
- including pricing, what to include in your contract for purchase or sell, business plan development and feasibility analysis, corporation set-up, licensing and legalities involved, marketing your business for sell, and all aspects of the transfer process. (These services are included for clients of Utila Realty who are buying or listing exclusively with us, and available for non-exclusive clients on a charge basis.)
b) Related to the Day to Day Business Operation:
-including the set up and review of operating systems, procedures, and protocols; revenue and expense tracking, including accounting and management of financials; marketing and communications; Honduran labor law and people-problem prevention programs; local business taxes, basic website development and promotion, business writing; and local hand-on knowledge on how to succeed in a small Caribbean island in a third world country!
c) Related to Restaurant Specific Operation:
-including menu development, tracking, costing, and pricing; creation and maintenance of systems for purchasing, including inventory management and ordering locally and from the mainland; standard operating procedures for kitchen and front of house; staff training, and other items detailed in “b” above.
