This is one of few remaining beachfront Lots available in the Mariners Landing subdivision. Mariners Landing is a 10 acre residential subdivision comprising some 25 Lots of which 13 are along the beachfront. Utila’s fringing coral reef passes by the front of the property at around 100 feet from the shoreline.
