Located just off the Oyster Bed Lagoon-a quick boat ride from the Blue Bayou End of Utila Town, this Marina can service residents all along the South Shore of Utila. Each covered boat slip will include a covered parking area for your vehicle together with access to power and limited water.
Availability of boat slips within this area is extremely rare, in fact currently there are no others for sale on the entire length of the upper South Shore. There are now two fully covered boat slips constructed and ready for sale at the cost of $18,000 each. Each boat slip has been constructed with four supporting poles on each side (the norm is three) so they are particularly strong and well able to support a heavy boat if a new owner wished to install a boat lift. The dimensions of the boat slips are: 29ft 6in long and 11 feet wide with a 10 foot clearance for boat width. There is a 3ft 6in walkway in front of each slip. The covered parking area, which is yet to be built but will form part of any purchase contract, is adjacent to the boat slip and is 13ft 4in long by 10ft deep. |
